Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below, which outlines our conditions for returns and exchanges.
7-Day Return for In-Stock Jewelry Items
All in-stock, non-estate, jewelry items that are returned will have a 10% restocking fee subtracted from the return amount.
In-stock jewelry (not sized, modified, or customized) may be returned or exchanged within 7-days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unworn condition
- Must include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation (if applicable)
- Must not have been resized, engraved, modified, or altered
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return.
7-Day Return for In-Stock Diamonds & Loose Gemstones
Loose Diamonds and Gemstones that are returned will have a 10% restocking fee subtracted from the return amount.
Loose diamonds and gemstones may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they:
- Are unmounted and in original, unaltered condition
- Include all certificates or grading reports
- Have not been modified, set, or handled outside the store
Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return. After 7 days, these items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Ordered Diamonds & Loose Gemstones
For Diamond and Gemstones that are ordered in, we can only hold these items for one week. Once a stone is chosen, full payment is required and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Special Orders – Final Sale
All special orders are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
This includes:
- Items ordered specifically at customer request (sizes, metals, stones)
- Non-stock items brought in on special request
- Designer pieces not normally carried in-store
Exchanges
Special order Solitaires from Gabriel & Co. are eligible for exchange only if the new item is at the same cost or more, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Final Sale
All sales are final on Estate Jewelry, Watches, Bags, Knives, and Other non-jewelry Accessories
Custom Design Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you are not fully satisfied with a custom-designed piece, we offer a one-time complimentary redesign or modification, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt. The person wearing the item must be present for part of the design process for this to apply.
Please note:
- Custom pieces are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for adjustment or redesign under our guarantee.
- Any significant redesigns may incur additional charges based on materials and labor.
- It will be up to our expert team to decide if a modification or a remake is the best course of action to make the design just right.
- Surprise designs are not guaranteed.
5. Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less a 10% restocking fee, within 5–10 business days after the item has been inspected and approved. A free FedEx shipping label will be emailed for return along with detailed instructions.
Sizing services, setting work, or custom design charges are non-refundable.

Online returns must be shipped in secure packaging. The best way to do this is to keep the original packaging that the items are shipped in. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
